Playful, documentary-style family photography throughout Westchester & Fairfield County.
Photographs that tell your story as you are.
As a family photographer for over a decade, I believe the best photographs come from genuine connection—not perfect poses. My sessions are relaxed, playful, and guided just enough so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands or worry about getting your kids to cooperate.
Whether we're documenting your growing family, welcoming a new baby, or celebrating this season of life, my goal is simple: to help you feel completely at ease. Time and time again, clients tell me, "I was so nervous before our session, but it ended up being so much fun."
The result is a collection of timeless, joy-filled images that reflect who you truly are—the laughter, the quiet moments, and the love that makes your family unique. These are the photographs you'll return to for decades, remembering not just how you looked, but exactly how this chapter of your life felt.

Authentic Connection
The Style
What can you expect in working with me to capture your portraits? We’ll take the time to get to know each other, but above all else my families come to know these three things about working with me:
-
From finding pockets of soft light to that golden hour glow at sunset, light is a defining piece of my images. It's what will produce those timeless images you've come to know with my work.
-
Families I work with rave about the images that don't feel posed, and show your crew in a natural, relaxed way. And, yes, you too are photogenic just as you are.
-
You + Me and You + Your People.
We'll take the time to get to know each other, so I can show the bond within your family unit.
About HILARY
My background is steeped in photography. I studied the History and Criticism of Art with a side of black-and-white film photography in University with the ultimate goal of wanting to be an Art Director of a magazine. Going into an industry that was shrinking, not thriving, pushed me in a different direction, but, ultimately after nearly 15 years in corporate America, I decided to put my degree to good use. My technical background gives me the freedom to capture you in your element no matter the lighting or situation.
